Protect Your Home with LYNQ Roofing Solutions

Roof inspections are important because they help identify potential problems early, before they turn into costly repairs. Regular inspections can reveal issues like leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, or wear and tear that might not be visible from the ground. By catching these problems early, homeowners can extend the lifespan of their roof, improve energy efficiency, and protect the structure of their home from water damage, mold, or rot. Inspections are also valuable for insurance claims after severe weather and can help maintain the home’s value. Overall, roof inspections provide peace of mind and save money in the long run by preventing unexpected roof damage.

Reliable Roof Replacement in South Carolina

Storm Damage, Leaking or Old Roof?

Wondering if it’s time for a new roof? Most residential roofs last about 20-25 years, but things like missing shingles or constant leaks can show up much sooner. Don’t stress -- LYNQ Roofing has you covered. We'll give your roof a full checkup, show you the photos, explain what we find in plain English, and help you choose the best fix -- whether that’s a quick repair or a brand-new roof. Our goal? Keeping your home or business safe, dry, and worry-free.

Everything Starts with a Roof Inspection

A drone roof inspection is simply a checkup for your roof to make sure everything’s in good shape. It helps catch small issues before they turn into big (and expensive) problems. We recommend getting your roof looked at once a year and after any major storms with hail or strong winds. During an inspection, a pro will check your shingles, flashing, vents, and chimneys for signs of damage or wear, and give you a clear picture of your roof’s overall health -- helping it last longer while keeping your home safe and dry.

Roof Renewal

The goal of a Roof Renewal is to extend the useful life of your existing roof as long as possible – as long as it makes good financial sense to do so.  A Roof Renewal consists of a Roof Soft Wash and a Roof Tune-Up.

Roof Soft Wash: Say goodbye to ugly roof stains and hello to amazing curb appeal with your existing roof without the high expense or hassle of full replacement.  Also helps keep your property off your insurance carrier’s radar.
✔ No high pressure
✔ Safe for shingles
✔ Fresh, brand new look to your roof
✔ Extend existing roof life & save thousands

Roof Tune-Up: Extend your existing roof’s life with annual preventative maintenance and a Leak-Free Guarantee.

It's Important to Understand What's Going on Behind the Scenes - and Why.

If you haven’t been paying much attention lately, insurance premiums are literally going through the roof for homeowners in South Carolina.  Property insurance carriers are using technology and AI to spot what they believe to be problems with your roof.  What’s outrageous is that this is happening all the time without you ever knowing about it.

Siding Replacement

At LYNQ Roofing Solutions, we offer expert siding replacement services designed to protect your home, improve energy efficiency, and enhance curb appeal. Whether your siding is damaged, outdated, or no longer performing as it should, our team delivers high-quality materials and professional installation you can trust.

South Carolina’s heat, humidity, and storms can take a toll on exterior siding. That’s why we install siding systems built to withstand local weather while giving your home a fresh, updated look.

Professional Inspection & Assessment

We begin with a thorough exterior inspection to evaluate the condition of your siding and identify any underlying issues such as moisture intrusion or structural concerns.

Material Selection

We help you choose siding materials and colors that fit your home’s style, budget, and performance needs. Options may include:

  • Vinyl siding
  • Fiber cement siding
  • Engineered wood siding

All materials are selected for durability, low maintenance, and long-term performance.

Expert Installation

Our experienced installers follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices to ensure proper installation, weather resistance, and a clean, finished appearance.

Cleanup & Final Walkthrough

Once installation is complete, we clean up the job site and walk you through the finished work to ensure your complete satisfaction.

10 Questions To Ask Before Roofing Work Begins

Replacing or repairing a roof is a big job and likely a big investment for your home. Working with a qualified and trusted roofer who understands roofing materials, safety, manufacturer and building code requirements will ensure the job is done right. You should also have warranty options to offer peace of mind that your contractor will stand behind their work for years to come.

Basing your decision purely off recommendations or a gut feeling is risky without knowing all the facts, so here are 10 questions to ask that should help you hire the right contractor for your project.

In addition to checking for storm damage, your roofing contractor should perform a thorough inspection of your current roof and share the inspection photos with you. This is the best way to determine the full scope of what is needed for your roofing project beforehand so it’s not a surprise to you after it’s done.

Your contractor should carry insurance to help protect your home from accidental damage and should gladly share their certificate of coverage to you, without hesitation. Owens Corning Preferred Contractors like LYNQ Roofing must meet high standards and satisfy strict requirements, including at least $1MM in liability insurance.

Contractors can, and should, provide you a copy of their current license issued by the state where they are operating.

Except for insurance claims where your insurance carrier owes you an estimate and scope of work per your policy, your roofing contractor should provide you with an estimate in writing that includes a complete and accurate description of the work to be performed and the products that will be used for your roofing project.

This should include an explanation of all the individual pieces and how they work together. Not all roofs are the same and there are many ways to take shortcuts that you would never know about. Your roofer should be completely transparent, open, and honest with you from the very beginning.

What happens if have a problem long after your roof is installed and your roofer is unresponsive or is out of business? Because it happens all the time, unfortunately. Your roofer should be able to explain to you exactly what to do and who to call, whether it’s six months or six years from now.

Do you feel they take the time to answer your questions and really listen to your concerns? The bottom line is that regardless of the price differences between contractors, ask lots of questions and trust your gut about which contractor you feel will be the best fit for you and your project. While price is clearly an important consideration, never forget the old saying that you get what you pay for.

You should NEVER pay for the full roof in advance. On most average jobs, the contractor won’t expect you to pay more than a 50% deposit with payment expected in full upon completion. If it’s an insurance claim, payment is typically what insurance paid you up front (also known as ACV) plus your deductible.

Securing funding for your project isn't the only benefit of considering a contractor who can offer financing. It should also indicate that the contractor is financially stable because lending institutions typically require contractors to be vetted through a rigorous application process before they can offer financing options.

Professional roofing contractors should thoroughly inspect their workmanship after the job is completed to ensure both quality and code compliance.
